3. Use heat protectant spray
When using flat or curling iron and any other devices that produce heat and need direct contact to your hair, always use heat protectant cream, oil, or spray. It can help the hair to absorb or avoid direct contact of heat that can cause frizzy hair.
4. Condition hair
Always condition your hair. Also, choose your conditioner carefully. There are products that are made of strong chemicals that can cause hair damage, but there are also conditioners now that are made up of natural elements such as aloe vera, coconut, and many more. Conditioners from natural ingredients are good for the hair.
5. Choose your shampoo
Choose a shampoo that not only helps you clean your scalp and hair but also one that conditions your hair. Choose a shampoo that does not contain some strong chemicals which damage the hair. Always go for natural.
6. Use hair vitamin
Nowadays, hair vitamins and oils are popular. There are plenty of hair vitamins or hair oils that are sold to pharmacies and department stores today. Mostly, they contain vitamin E and essential oil to protect and help the condition of the hair.
