Hair is said to be a woman’s crowning glory. Hair is one of the most amazing part of the human’s body. It is one of the things that people will look at to know one’s personality and identity. That is why it is important to know how to take good care and fix our hair.

One of the most common problems you will encounter about your hair is frizz. Frizzy hair occurs when the outer layer of the hair is raised allowing the moisture to pass through which can resulted to a dry hair.

1. Dehydration

Using your regular towel to dry your hair is a big mistake. Rubbing your hair using a towel to dry it up can only damage your hair. It can also cause frizzy hair and worst, breakage and damage.

3. Use heat protectant spray

When using flat or curling iron and any other devices that produce heat and need direct contact to your hair, always use heat protectant cream, oil, or spray. It can help the hair to absorb or avoid direct contact of heat that can cause frizzy hair.

4. Condition hair

Always condition your hair. Also, choose your conditioner carefully. There are products that are made of strong chemicals that can cause hair damage, but there are also conditioners now that are made up of natural elements such as aloe vera, coconut, and many more. Conditioners from natural ingredients are good for the hair.

5. Choose your shampoo

Choose a shampoo that not only helps you clean your scalp and hair but also one that conditions your hair. Choose a shampoo that does not contain some strong chemicals which damage the hair. Always go for natural.

6. Use hair vitamin

Nowadays, hair vitamins and oils are popular. There are plenty of hair vitamins or hair oils that are sold to pharmacies and department stores today. Mostly, they contain vitamin E and essential oil to protect and help the condition of the hair.
